We ship orders to worldwide. Please note that not all shipping methods are available for all products or to all countries.

Process Time
Normally there will be 3-7 processing days after your order payment finished.
For handmade products, need one to two weeks for processing.
When meet holiday seasons, orders need 5-10 business days for processing.

Free Shipping
Spend US$49 or more for Free Shipping. If your order is below US$49 the shipping will be calculated by total package weight automatically.
By default, all orders will be delivered by 4px company or yanwen company, each order will go with a tracking number, which you could track on this site: https://www.17track.net/en
It normally takes about 7-25 business days to arrive in most countries, like United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, etc..

Upgrade to Express Shipping
For urgent parcels, you can email us at service@kawaiienvy.com to have a upgrade. We offer fast express, like DHL, FedEx, EMS, or others you expect, which takes only 4-10 business days.
The shipping cost will be quoted according to the current shipping fee, it could be $18 to $30.

Please note that sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or international events/customs sorting. If you haven't received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly submit a ticket in your account for help.

 

RETURNS

If the item is damaged during shipment or the item is not the item you ordered, return is acceptable. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will refund you. An item received late, incorrect size on your part, slight color difference, not your type, or a change of mind will not be accepted for a refund. Please think carefully before you place an order.
Please contact us in 7 days since you receive your order if you want an exchange. Items must be in original condition.
